Prairie Land Electric computer systems will be shut down on December 31st from 4:30pm – 5:00pm and January 6th from 8:00am to approximately 10:00am for the Year End Process. During this time, you can still access your account, check your account balance, or make a payment on-line at www.prairielandelectric.com or by calling our IVR system at 855-939-3638. During the Year End Process, payments created online or through the IVR will not post immediately, but will post when the Year End process is complete.
