SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Interest earned on security deposits for the year 2020 is .13% annually. Interest on deposits for each year or partial year is credited to consumer’s electric bill with the December billing. Deposits taken from residential consumers will be either credited with simple interest to their utility bills, or if requested, refunded, after consumer has paid ten (10) of the last twelve (12) bills on-time and no undisputed bill was unpaid after 30 days beyond the due date.
