Text:  Prairie Land understands the difficult situation COVID-19 has created for many of our members, and wants you to be aware that we are not disconnecting accounts for non-payment at this time. This is not a bill waiver, and you will continue to receive the same bills, fees and messages as before, but service will not actually be disconnected. We do encourage members to pay as much of the bill as they are able to avoid a large, multi-month balance when this situation ends. To further assist, we have expanded options for payment arrangements for those unable to pay the bill in full.  Just call 1-800-577-3323 and a customer service representative will help you work out the best option. Find the latest information on disconnects and other business accomodations for COVID-19, visit https://www.prairielandelectric.com/covid-19-updates.

Here is an important announcement for the members of Prairie Land Electric Cooperative. The Board of Trustees has tentatively canceled the Prairie Land annual meeting that had been scheduled for Tuesday, April 7th, in order to comply with public health mandates relating to the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic.  The board will consider re-scheduling the meeting at a later date when the pandemic threat has subsided.  We’d like to thank our member-owners for their support during this difficult time and encourage them to be on watch for news about future plans for this special annual event.  Until then, keep yourselves safe and healthy until better days come our way.
